What is Axo Longevity?
Axo Longevity is a preventive health membership designed to help you understand your body, optimize your health, and improve your long-term healthspan. Through comprehensive biomarker testing, personalized insights, AI-powered guidance, and continuous progress tracking, Axo Longevity helps you make informed decisions about your health before symptoms appear.
Who is Axo Longevity for?
Axo Longevity is for adults who want to take a proactive approach to their health, whether your goal is to improve energy, optimize performance, support healthy aging, or simply better understand your body. No prior health knowledge is required.
What does an Axo Longevity membership include?
Your annual membership includes two comprehensive health assessments per year with 100+ biomarkers analyzed, your private Axo Longevity dashboard to explore results and track progress, personalized health scores across key areas, AI-powered recommendations based on your biomarkers and goals, personalized action plans across nutrition, exercise, sleep, supplementation and lifestyle, progress tracking throughout the year, and access to an expanding ecosystem of optional advanced assessments.
How much does an Axo Longevity membership cost?
An annual Axo Longevity membership costs €490. This includes two comprehensive biomarker assessments per year, analysis of 100+ biomarkers, personalized health insights, AI-powered recommendations, progress tracking, and access to your private Axo Longevity dashboard. Optional add-ons are available separately, along with extra tests and personalized packs. If you want to go deeper and more professional, you can add further testing and make it as frequent as you like: we recommend two 6-month cycles per year, but you can personalize your frequency by adding extra tests. A Lite membership is also possible at €190, but we don't recommend it, as it includes fewer biomarkers and no follow-up, progress tracking, or action plan.
Why should I test if I already feel healthy?
Many important changes in health happen long before they become noticeable. Regular testing gives you a clearer understanding of how your body is functioning today, allowing you to make informed lifestyle decisions and measure your progress over time.
How often should I test?
Your membership includes two comprehensive assessments each year. Testing every six months allows you to establish a baseline, monitor changes over time, and see how nutrition, exercise, sleep, and lifestyle choices are influencing your health.
When will I receive my results?
Results are typically available within a few weeks after your samples have been processed. You'll receive a notification as soon as your dashboard is updated.
Can I track my progress over time?
Yes. Your Axo Longevity dashboard keeps all of your results in one place, allowing you to compare biomarkers over time, monitor trends, and see how your health evolves throughout your membership.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. Your personal health information is encrypted and securely stored using industry-standard security practices. You remain in control of your data and decide who can access it.
Where do I have my samples collected?
Axo Longevity partners with a growing network of accredited laboratories across Europe. Once you become a member, you'll be able to book your preferred location directly through your Axo Longevity dashboard.
What samples are collected?
Your comprehensive assessment may include a blood sample, a urine sample, and a saliva sample. The exact samples collected depend on your selected biomarkers and any optional add-ons you choose.
How long does a lab visit take?
Most appointments take 15–30 minutes, with all required samples collected during a single visit.
Do I need to fast before my appointment?
Some biomarkers require fasting to ensure accurate results. If fasting is required, you'll receive clear preparation instructions before your appointment through your Axo Longevity dashboard.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. You can reschedule your appointment directly from your Axo Longevity dashboard, subject to your local laboratory's availability.
How often do I visit the lab?
Your membership includes two comprehensive lab visits per year, typically scheduled six months apart. Additional visits may only be required if you choose optional add-ons that require separate sample collection.
Are all tests available in every country?
Core biomarker testing is available across all supported countries. Some optional add-ons may vary depending on local laboratory capabilities and regulations as we continue expanding the Axo Longevity partner network.
